The Intuition Platino rollerball pen has a special Magnum refill with a ruby ball, which writes longer than the standard rollerball refills. Therefore it is also interesting for frequent writers.

The materials used for the Intuition wooden writing instruments are:
Pernambuco wood: the country of origin of pernambuco wood is Brazil. It has a reddish brown colour and is a particularly hard and resistant wood. The natural reddish brown colour of the wood is underlined by a layer of wax applied by hand. Pernambuco wood is also used to make violin bows.

Grenadilla wood: Grenadilla wood belongs to the ebony family. It's a little denser and firmer. The grenadilla wood used comes from Kenya and is deep brown in colour. It is mainly known from classical instrument making and is mainly used for oboes and clarinets.

At the end of the treatment, all woods are given a wax layer applied by hand, which underlines the structure and colour.
