Piston fountain pen with 14-K/585 gold nib. Body made of precious resin and cellulose acetate. Suitable for small to medium hand sizes.

The ideal grip position is in the recessed grip near the spring. Weight class Lighter. The centre of gravity of the filler is in the middle.

Very durable and stable piston mechanism. Three years warranty from the manufacturer. The nib is replaced on site, including the ink feeder. Piston fountain pen with differential piston mechanism (This mechanism makes filling faster and with less effort, since two different thread pitches inside the fountain pen ensure that the spindle turns faster inside than the outer filling handle).

Some of the sovereign series is also called Stresemann, in reference to the striped suits of the Foreign Minister of the Weimar Republic. It was not until the 1980s that the series was called Souverän.

With the Pelikan Souverän 600 Special Edition Red-White writing instruments (piston fountain pen and twist-action biros), which will be released in October 2023, Pelikan continues the series of the white striped 600s.

The shiny white components are carefully crafted from high-quality precious resin, exquisitely turned and polished to achieve an irresistible shine.

The body, decorated with alternating red and white stripes, has been carefully crafted from cellulose acetate for exceptional durability and beauty. To add a touch of
a touch of opulence, all rings and the iconic Pelikan clip are elegantly plated in 24-carat gold.

The fountain pen with piston mechanism has a 14-carat, two-tone gold nib with rhodium coating and is available in four nib widths (EF, F, M and B).

The Souverän 600 Red-White comes in a specially designed gift box and is only available in limited quantities.
