Montblanc Rouge & Noir 1906 Black Füllhalter
When the "Rouge et Noir" fountain pen was developed in 1906, it was regarded as an outstanding technical achievement. It was easy to operate without having to dip the nib into an inkwell.
The Montblanc Heritage Collection Rouge et Noir pays tribute to the 110-year pioneering spirit of Montblanc. This new edition of the legendary writing instrument is characterised by a longer and slimmer silhouette, a modern piston converter and craftsmanship refined over generations.
The snake-shaped clip in vintage look with the matching fittings is created using a special embossing and wrapping process. It is made of a specific metal alloy and a unique electroplating and pickling process ensures optical aging.
The Montblanc Rouge & Noir 1906 Black fountain pen has a piston mechanism and is equipped with a 14-K/585 gold nib. Its shape and writing characteristics are comparable to those of the Montblanc Heritage 1912 series springs.
With the Rouge & Noir writing instruments, Montblanc has once again succeeded in creating an absolutely shapely and coherent design. The writing instruments are ideal for people with small to medium hand sizes. With larger hands, the diameter is too small for permanent writing.
