SCRIBO, Scrittura Bolognese Srl, was founded by some former OMAS collaborators and has its headquarters, like OMAS, in Bologna. Thanks to decades of concentrated experience in the manufacture of high-quality writing instruments and unusual nibs, this young manufactory offers an assortment that is still small but all the finer. With the Feel piston fillers, SCRIBO is now, after a few small special series, starting its own history. The latest addition to the Feel family, the Feel Grigio Notte, is a fascinating writing instrument. The fountain pen, limited to 219 copies, is made of mother-of-pearl grey natural resin and has ruthenized decorative elements and an equally ruthenized nib. The nibs and the ink feeder, the heart of each fountain pen, are the same as those of OMAS and offer a unique writing comfort. Currently 18-K gold nibs are available in four nib widths (EF, F, M and B) and 14-K flexible nibs in EF, F, M and B. Especially the soft and extremely pleasant flex springs are fascinating and unique. Written with pressure, the stroke width widens by two nibs. As with OMAS, the ink feed is made of ebonite. We are very pleased to announce that we will receive some specimens of the SCRIBO Feel Grigio Notte piston fountain pen with a wonderful 18-K nib. This nib writes vertically with a line width of approx. 1.4 mm and horizontally with approx. 0.45 mm.
