Kappe und Korpus des Meisterstück Burgundy Red Füllfederhalters sind aus burgunderrotem Edelharz gefertigt und mit charakteristischen Goldbeschlägen versehen. Auf der Kappe ist das ikonische weiße Montblanc Emblem eingelegt. 

Das Schreibgerät ist mit einer von Hand gefertigten Feder aus massivem 585er/14K Gold verziert und charakterisch vergoldet. 

Mit charakteristischem Gold beschreibt Montblanc die moderne Nuance von Gelbgold, die zu einem beliebten Farbton für die Schreibgeräte der Maison geworden ist.
