The Classic P200 and P205 fountain pens are identical in weight and dimensions with the Classic M200 and M205 fountain pens. The stainless steel springs are also identical. Unfortunately there is no possibility to exchange the spring units between the Classic P20X and the Classic M20X fountain pens.

With the Classic P200 and P205 fountain pens, Pelikan rounds off its range of classic fountain pens. Previously, only piston fountain pens were offered, now the P200 and P205 are the first cartridge fountain pens to be offered as part of the Classic writing instruments.

WIe the Classic M200 piston fountain pens, the P200/205 cartridge fountain pens have a precision steel nib and a body made of precious resin. The cartridge is exchanged by screwing on the body behind the handle.

The Classic P200/205 fountain pens with cartridge filling system are offered with gold-plated stainless steel nibs and gold-plated decorative elements and as Classic P205 with silver-coloured decorative elements and highly polished stainless steel nib. Thanks to the choice of three different nib widths, there is a suitable nib for every font size.
