High-quality notebooks suitable for fountain pens exert a great fascination on every lover of writing. The Montblanc Fine Stationary Notebooks #149 are thread-stitched notebooks with 112 sheets in the format 20.5 cm (width) to 25.8 cm (height). The edges have a silver cut, which prevents the edges from getting dirty and gives a noble impression. The paper has a thickness of 100 g/m², so that it is practically impossible for the ink to penetrate the reverse side. The surface of the paper is velvety, haptically very pleasant and perfectly suitable for fountain pens. As a sign of the special paper quality, each sheet has a watermark in the form of the Montblanc star. The notebook has a ribbon for easier orientation. A world map with the time zones is also printed on a double time in the rear area. The only shortcoming of the book is the fact that "MONTBLANC" is printed at the bottom of each page. The notebook is covered with a Saffiano leather cover. Due to the embossing, this leather is very resistant and retains its appearance for many years.
